Affiliate marketing is an entry-level business that anyone can pursue. In some cases, the rewards can add up. Author and entrepreneur Chris Guillebeau shares the story of Matt Oney, a tech employee whose blog brings in around $10,000/month in commissions. When his hours and income were reduced due to the pandemic, Matt turned his attention to ZenmasterWellness.com, a site he had started earlier to explore affiliate marketing. He researched hot products to write about and signed up for Shareasale and Impact, two popular affiliate networks. Matt chose a topic he cared about and could write consistently about, then doubled down on his SEO research. After sharing Matt's story, Chris gives you some resources and links to learn more.
